CME & Accreditation
CME Credit Allowance
The CIRSE Foundation is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.
ECIO 2010 is designated for a maximum of 21 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA).
To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA (www.ama-assn.org).
Accreditation for Oncologists
ECIO 2010 is accredited by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) with 18 ESMO-MORA points category 1.
Italian ECM Accreditation
The Italian Health Ministry grants 15 ECM credits to ECIO 2010. ECM credits will only be awarded to those who attend the entire conference. In order to obtain ECM credits, please contact the Italian Society of Medical Radiology (SIRM). All Italian delegates are requested to refer to the ECM counter at the congress centre during the ECIO congress.
Certificate of Attendance
To obtain your certificate of attendance, please choose one of the following options:
Printing your certificate on site at the congress
You can print your certificate at the dedicated workstations in the registration area. All you have to do is give your last name and the login details you were given when registering for the congress.
Printing your certificate at home
After the congress you will have the possibility to print your certificate on our website (www.ecio2010.org). Again, all you will have to do is give your last name and login details in order to print out the certificate.
